  • Where does my donation go?

    Your donation directly supports the planning, materials, services, programming, and operational expenses required to carry out our events and community initiatives. For every event we host, we prepare a complete event budget that identifies how funds are allocated and used.

    You may also designate your donation for a specific expense, item, program, or event need. Simply include your requested designation when making your contribution, and we will apply the funds accordingly whenever possible.

  • We would love to have you join us. Volunteer opportunities are available both between events and during larger programs and special events. Visit the specific event page to view available volunteer roles, select the duties that best match your interests and availability, and submit the volunteer form. Opportunities may include event setup, guest registration, hospitality, vendor support, activity coordination, cleanup, outreach, and general event assistance.

  • Yes. In-kind donations are donated goods or professional services instead of money. Examples include event supplies, food, beverages, decorations, printing, equipment, gift items, venue support, photography, transportation, or volunteer professional services.

  • Yes. You may make a memorial donation in honor of a loved one whose life, service, or legacy you wish to recognize. When donating, include the person’s name and any message you would like associated with the gift. You may also provide contact information for a family member or designated recipient if you would like us to send an acknowledgment of your donation. The donation amount will remain private.
